Performance Marketing Executive

Description:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with strong eCommerce expertise to lead paid acquisition, app marketing, and analytics for our eCommerce portfolio. This is a critical hire — you will be the in-house subject matter expert for eCommerce and app performance marketing, directly influencing ROAS, CAC, and revenue outcomes for multiple client accounts. You'll also work closely with our creative, tech, and account teams to translate data into campaign strategy.

This role suits someone hands-on, analytical, and comfortable owning full-funnel execution — from pixel setup to ad spend optimization to client-ready dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Paid Media Execution

Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog/DPA), Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads for eCommerce clients.
Own full-funnel structures — prospecting, retargeting, retention — with clear ROAS, CPA, AOV, and CAC targets.
Manage product feed optimization across Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and TikTok Catalog.
Drive A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Own daily budget pacing, bid management, and spend allocation across channels.

Analytics, Tracking and Attribution (GA4 Ownership)

Set up and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4) from scratch — including data streams, custom events, conversions, enhanced eCommerce tracking, audiences, and BigQuery exports where relevant.
Implement and debug tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) — pixels, conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions), server-side tagging where needed.
Ensure accurate attribution modeling and cross-device measurement.
Audit existing tracking setups for clients and fix leakage, duplication, or misfires.

App Marketing & In-App Performance

Own AppsFlyer setup, configuration, and attribution — SKAdNetwork, deep linking, OneLink, SmartBanners, fraud protection, and audience segmentation.
Run User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta App Install & App Events, and TikTok App Install Ads.
Execute in-app marketing and retention campaigns — push notifications, in-app messaging, CRM integrations (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, or similar).
Optimize for key app events: install-to-purchase, D1/D7/D30 retention, LTV, and ROAS.
Manage ASO basics in coordination with the creative team — keywords, screenshots, and store listings.

Dashboards, Reporting & Insights

Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Power BI, or similar, integrating data from GA4, AppsFlyer, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Shopify/WooCommerce.
Translate campaign data into clear, decision-ready insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Create client-facing performance reports with actionable recommendations — not just numbers.
Track and report on full-funnel metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention cohorts.

eCommerce Strategy & Conversion Optimization

Collaborate with CRO, UI/UX, and web teams to identify and fix funnel leakage — cart abandonment, checkout drop-offs, landing page performance.
Provide inputs on product page optimization, checkout flow, and site speed based on analytics insights.
Support Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento store-level optimizations (basic to intermediate familiarity expected).
Contribute to email, SMS, and WhatsApp retention marketing strategy via platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or native CRM tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Brief creative teams on performance-driven ad creative requirements — hooks, formats, UGC, product-led creatives.
Work with account managers on client communication, weekly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
Share learnings across the team to build internal eCommerce capability and playbooks.

Must-Have Qualification

2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a minimum of 1.5–2 years directly running eCommerce campaigns (DTC brands, marketplaces, or app-first businesses).
Proven track record of scaling eCommerce ad spend with documented ROAS improvements — please share case studies or numbers during the interview.
Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 — not just reporting, but setup, debugging, and event architecture.
Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or equivalent MMPs (Adjust, Branch, Singular) — setup and campaign-level attribution.
Strong Google Tag Manager skills — custom events, triggers, variables, dataLayer.
Proficiency running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one of TikTok/Snapchat Ads.
Ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI — SQL knowledge is a plus.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups, basic data modeling.
Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; comfortable working on-site full-time.
