We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and analytical marketer who thrives on achieving measurable growth and outstanding ROI results.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining strong ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA goals.
- Manage tracking tools, including UTM parameters, pixels, and events through Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager.
- Identify and target audiences, including corporate offices, weddings, and private events using behavioral and geographic insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad visuals and engaging copy.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in hospitality, F&B, or related service industries.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing conversion-focused and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical thinking with a creative edge.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in Local SEO or Google My Business optimization.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or marketing automation platforms.
