Pricing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

➡️Prepare and analyze freight rates (air, sea, road) for customers and vendors.
➡️Negotiate competitive pricing with airlines, shipping lines, and trucking providers.
➡️Manage spot quotes, contract rates, and long-term pricing agreements.
➡️Monitor market trends, fuel surcharges, and currency fluctuations affecting logistics costs.
➡️Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to optimize pricing strategies.
➡️Ensure accuracy in rate sheets, tariffs, and CRM updates.
➡️Handle customer pricing inquiries and provide solutions to enhance profitability.

Requirements:

➡️Experience: 2+ years in freight forwarding pricing, logistics, or supply chain.
➡️Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, freight tariffs, and trade lanes (especially UAE/GCC routes).
➡️Skills: Strong Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
➡️Software: Experience with Cargowise, Logisuite, or other freight management systems is a plus.
➡️Location: Dubai-based or willing to relocate (local hiring preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

➡️Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
➡️Knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations and port charges (Jebel Ali, DXB Airport).
