Hiring Procurement Officer (Construction & Medical)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi City
We are looking for a versatile Procurement Officer with experience in both Construction and Medical fields. This role will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services across both sectors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery for projects in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and medical supplies.
- Coordinate with project teams and medical staff to determine procurement needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards for both construction and medical sectors.
- Prepare procurement schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Monitor and manage orders, delivery timelines, and inventory for both construction and medical needs.
- Track market trends to optimize procurement strategies and ensure cost savings.
- Address any procurement-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to both construction and medical sectors.
- Familiarity with local construction and medical procurement regulations in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage procurement processes in both sectors.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
