We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join under a structured evaluation program focused on real operational performance.

The role is designed to assess the candidate’s ability to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement processes in a practical, results-driven environment.

This is not a confirmed employment position.

Engagement Structure

• 3-month evaluation under TVTP ( Talent Verification & Training Program )
• Real procurement tasks will be assigned
• Continuous performance assessment
• No guaranteed employment
