Job Summary:
An experienced Production Engineer to oversee and manage site-based manufacturing activities within our Aluminium division. The ideal candidate will be a North Indian male, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering, with over 5 years of UAE experience in the Aluminium industry. He must possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage labour teams and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.

Candidate Requirements:
Nationality: Indian
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in the Aluminium fabrication or manufacturing industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Sound understanding of technical drawings and aluminium systems
Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic project environments
Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and health & safety standards is an advantage

Preferred Attributes:
Experience with aluminium curtain walls, windows, doors, and facades
Familiarity with site installation processes and production planning
Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities
Flexible and adaptable with strong organizational skills
