Alumill Tech Gulf LLC, part of the Elite Group of Companies, is a leading manufacturer of aluminum flat rolled products and jacketing systems, based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in the laminated and painted aluminium industry. The role focuses on developing GCC markets, managing key client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support across the complete sales cycle.
📍 Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales of Moisture barrier laminated and coated coils across GCC countries.
- Maintain close contact with insulation contractors, distributors, and EPCs handling industrial insulation projects.
- Manage Vendor registration, product prequalification, and vendor approval formalities with major end users and project consultants.
- Handle quotations, costing, and technical clarifications independently using the company’s ERP system.
- Ensure timely follow-up from inquiry to dispatch and payment collection.
- Monitor sales conversion ratios, delivery adherence, and customer retention KPIs.
Technical & Professional Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of aluminum alloys, Chemistry and mechanical properties, application, various moisture barrier and coating systems.
- Ability to interpret specifications and provide technical support to consultants and contractors.
- Experience in product registration and approval procedures with major industrial or construction companies across GCC.
- Self-driven and organized, capable of independent field operation and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP-based CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Management.
- 5 in sales of aluminum jacketing, laminated and coated coils
- Strong client base and market knowledge in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
