Program Delivery Manager

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Unity’s Skills Development Programs across the Middle East, based in Abu Dhabi. As a Program Delivery Manager within Unity’s Customer Success organisation, you will lead the delivery of high-impact upskilling initiatives that support national workforce goals, empower local talent, and grow sustainable digital ecosystems.

You’ll join a globally connected, mission-driven team that works at the intersection of technology, education, and economic development, partnering with governments, universities, and industry leaders to create long-term impact using Unity’s real-time 3D platform.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery and operational execution of Skills Development Programs across the Middle East.
• Act as the regional owner for program delivery, coordinating with Unity’s global teams across Customer Success, Education, Sales, and Product.
• Partner closely with government stakeholders, public-sector entities, universities, and industry partners to deliver high-impact training initiatives.
• Localise global program frameworks to meet regional priorities, cultural context, and language requirements.
• Oversee program governance, timelines, risks, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering large-scale training, education, or workforce development programs, ideally in partnership with government or public-sector organisations.
• Strong program delivery and operations capabilities, including stakeholder coordination, execution, and reporting.
• Experience working in the Middle East, with an understanding of public-sector, education, or national skilling initiatives.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing local needs with global program goals.
