Description:
We are hiring an experienced Program Manager (PMO) to support a major transformation initiative within a Central Securities Depository (CSD) environment. The role requires someone who brings structure, clarity, and delivery discipline to complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end program governance across multiple interdependent workstreams.
- Maintain a consolidated view of program progress, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, outsourced service providers, and industry participants.
- Prepare clear, senior‑level presentations and program updates.
- Strengthen delivery discipline, reporting quality, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Support continuous improvement of program metrics, documentation, and governance frameworks.
Must‑Have Requirements

- Hands‑on experience in post‑trade, securities settlement, or CSD operations, this domain exposure is essential.
- Strong program/project management capability, with a track record of driving delivery across complex initiatives (PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
- 7+ years in capital markets, post‑trade, or financial‑infrastructure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics and engage senior stakeholders with confidence.
- Experience working on large‑scale transformation or multi‑party programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with BI tools or Python is an advantage.
