A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Project Manager - SOE Certified
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- Master’s degree in Project Management or Engineering is a plus
- Valid UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) Card
- Experience in UAE infrastructure or construction projects preferred
- Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and related tools
- Minimum 8–10 years in project management within engineering sectors
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities
- Ensure compliance with UAE engineering standards and SOE regulations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Prepare reports and present updates to senior management
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers
