Description:

Dar Al Handasah Nazih Taleb & Partners is seeking a Project Manager / Resident Engineer with strong experience in supervising architectural finishes and interior fit-out works. The role includes coordination across civil and MEP trades to ensure seamless project delivery aligned with design intent and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise finishing and fit-out works.

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines, specifications, and quality standards.

• Serve as the primary on-site interface for fit-out supervision, ensuring alignment between design requirements and executed works.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in project management with a focus on fit-out works.

• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver high-quality interior projects.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
