Project Manager

Description:

Gulf Contractors Company is currently looking to hire an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead large-scale bridge and road infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in civil works who has successfully delivered complex infrastructure developments from initial planning through final completion.

The selected candidate will take full ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in bridge and roadway construction, and the capability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering roads, bridges, and related utilities while ensuring deadlines and cost targets are achieved.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, implementing corrective measures when required to maintain project performance.
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and quality delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements in Abu Dhabi.
• Identify potential risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain transparent communication with senior management and stakeholders.
