RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all projects and maintenance activities for all Al Rifai stores across the UAE, including coordination with mall management for project approvals, maintenance works, and obtaining required work permits.

• Should have proven experience in project management, with the ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe applications, 3D Max, and interior design drawings is required.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Identify potential risks and implement effective measures to minimize project risk.

• Ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently, within agreed timelines, and in a cost-effective manner.

• Manage all maintenance-related jobs of Al Rifai stores across the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management and store maintenance, preferably within retail or commercial environments.

• Technical drawing interpretation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe applications, and 3D Max.

• Experience with other relevant design or project management software.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
