A leading construction organization is currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the development of a prestigious luxury villa project in Abu Dhabi. This senior-level role requires a professional with a proven history of delivering high-end residential or ultra-luxury villa projects with precision and excellence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and compliance with UAE construction standards while coordinating effectively with stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of luxury villa construction projects from planning to final handover

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project delivery

• Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, regulations, and safety standards

• Manage project risks, resolve on-site challenges, and implement corrective actions when needed

• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory

• 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in construction and project management

• Strong background in luxury villa or high-end residential project delivery (preferred in Abu Dhabi)

• Excellent knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and project execution practices

• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success independently
