As an Off Plan Property Consultant at Elite Bricks Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of our

off-plan property sales efforts. You will be in close contact with builders, investors, and people who want to buy homes to show off and sell off-plan homes. We're looking for driven people who are good at sales, have great conversation skills, and know much about the off-plan housing market.

Responsibilities:

• Off-Plan Property Management
• Cultivating relationships with developers for exclusive listings.
• Educating clients about the benefits of off-plan properties.
• Negotiating sales contracts and terms.
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth transactions.
• Staying informed about market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of off-plan property sales processes and regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
