Public Relations Officer

Description:

Emirates Zone is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government relations, particularly within Abu Dhabi, and possess excellent knowledge of visa, labor, and licensing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at all relevant government departments and regulatory bodies in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
• Process and follow up on visa applications, cancellations, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and other immigration-related documentation.
• Manage trade license renewals, amendments, and cancellations through DED, TAMM, and other portals.
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of all government documents.
• Liaise with government portals (e.g., MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, Ministry of Economy).
• Stay current with UAE labor laws and government regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of PRO-related activities.

• Requirements:
  • 3 plus years’ experience as a PRO in Abu Dhabi (UAE experience is essential).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and company setup regulations.
  • Skilled in using UAE government systems (TAMM, MOHRE, ICA, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
