Public Relations Officer (pro)

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable UAE National "Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, and serving as the vital link between our organization and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all labour, immigration, and visa procedures and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with government entities such as MOHRE, ICA, and Immigration.
• Prepare and process applications related to employment visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, and other government documents.
• Monitor and renew licenses, permits, and legal documents in a timely manner.
• Keep up to date with changes in government processes, laws, and regulations.
• Support HR with onboarding processes and legal documentation of employees.
Requirements:
• UAE National (with family book)
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in PRO or government liaison role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
