Quantity Surveyor

Description:

A company based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support construction and landscaping projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in cost management, contract administration, and project budgeting within the UAE construction sector.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively
• Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction and landscaping projects
• Handle contract administration, including reviewing terms and ensuring compliance
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial efficiency throughout project execution
• Prepare reports related to project costs, variations, and financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and contract management
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant QS software
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
