Quantity Surveyor

Talent Build is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a site-based hotel project in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong post-contract expertise who are looking to advance their careers within a growing consultancy.

The successful candidate should have experience working on hospitality, mixed-use developments, or luxury residential projects. Applicants must be currently based in Abu Dhabi, available to join immediately, and preferably have prior UAE project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities for the assigned hotel project.

• Prepare, review, and evaluate project valuations, variations, and payment applications.

• Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained throughout construction.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to support successful project delivery.

• Prepare cost reports and assist in resolving contractual and commercial matters.

Requirements:

• Strong post-contract experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Experience working on hotel, mixed-use development, or luxury residential projects.

• Currently based in Abu Dhabi.

• Immediately available to join.

• UAE project experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Post-contract administration

• Cost control and commercial management

• Quantity surveying practices and contract documentation
