Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in cost control for steel construction projects. If you have a passion for precision, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field, and are ready to make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project costs across all phases of steel construction
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Track project budgets, variations, and cost forecasts
• Liaise with procurement and project teams to ensure cost efficiency
• Conduct site visits and verify quantities and progress(Depends Only)
• Prepare monthly cost reports and support financial planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying within steel construction
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and construction contracts
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, cost management tools)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining
• Ready for direct face-to-face interviews
