Khadlaj Perfumes is a family-owned perfume house based in Sharjah, UAE, since January 1997. We specialize in crafting bespoke oriental and occidental fragrances, including distinguished home ambiance fragrances.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team at Khadlaj Perfumes, located in Sharjah. This on-site role requires a friendly and organized individual who will handle phone calls, perform receptionist duties, manage clerical tasks, and provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

• Experience with receptionist duties and clerical work

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• A friendly demeanor with a professional attitude

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred: Filipino or Indian candidates
