An organization based in Sharjah is seeking a professional and energetic Receptionist & Admin Coordinator to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative functions. This role is ideal for individuals who can represent the company as the first point of contact while ensuring smooth office coordination and administrative efficiency.

The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting both HR and administrative teams with essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression

• Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls professionally

• Respond to emails and coordinate meetings and appointments

• Provide support to HR and Admin teams with documentation and daily office tasks

• Coordinate office supplies, vendor interactions, and logistics

• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language is an advantage

• Well-organized, presentable, and proactive personality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
