Position Details:

Role: Recruitment Officer (Agency Experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment (preferably agency experience).

Salary: AED 6,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Building strong talent pipelines across various industries.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
• Using innovative tools and strategies to meet client hiring needs effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Expertise in managing multiple clients and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
