We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Rehabilitation Manager to join a reputable hospital team based in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for a healthcare professional with strong leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation services, hospital operations, and regulatory compliance within the UAE healthcare system.

• Minimum of two years of proven managerial experience in a hospital-based rehabilitation environment.
• A valid DOH license is mandatory and must be active at the time of application.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation department operations, clinical workflows, compliance requirements, and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills are essential for this role.
• Nationality is open; candidates must be eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
