Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. is advantageous. Relevant professional certifications in research methodologies or data analysis can be beneficial.

Experience:

·6 to 8 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field

·Proven track record of managing research projects and teams

·Experience in the financial services, education, or nonprofit sectors is preferred
