Retail Merchandiser

Description:

Si Fashion is seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser to join their team and ensure brand consistency and effective in-store product presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail merchandising, visual standards, and sales support across multi-brand retail environments. This role involves coordinating product displays, analyzing sales data, and collaborating closely with store staff to optimize the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute in-store merchandising and visual displays in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure accurate product placement, planograms, signage, and promotional displays
• Maintain high visual standards, keeping displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Adapt merchandising strategies to suit store size, layout, and customer profiles
• Support sales by advising store staff on product positioning and top-selling items
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend upselling strategies within stores
• Monitor stock levels across assigned stores and coordinate replenishment
• Analyze sales and stock data to optimize inventory and product placement
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items to improve turnover
• Support stock rotation and provide recommendations for markdowns when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or visual merchandising
• Experience in sports, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail is strongly preferred
• Proven track record in merchandising within multi-brand retail environments
