A well-established company operating in the field of architectural door hardware and electronic access control systems is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join its retail operations across the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who possess technical understanding along with strong interpersonal and sales skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting specialized hardware and access control solutions, and ensuring a positive retail experience. The role requires someone who is confident in explaining product features while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with accurate information about products, including basic technical explanations and usage guidance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure clients receive proper assistance throughout the buying process.
• Maintain visually appealing and well-organized product displays within the retail outlet.
• Actively promote ongoing promotions, special offers, and newly launched products.
• Stay informed about updated product lines, specifications, and current market trends to better assist customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor’s in Science, or any academic degree supported by strong technical aptitude.
• Previous experience in retail or sales will be considered an advantage, though it is not compulsory.
• Must currently be in the UAE on a visit visa.
• Willingness to work across multiple emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
• Age requirement between 25 to 30 years.
