Retail Sales Representative

We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Representative to work across mall kiosk branches in Dubai. This role is ideal for energetic and customer-focused professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are comfortable engaging with customers across multiple locations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily retail operations while representing the brand in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions and promote products at mall kiosk branches
• Deliver strong sales performance through effective communication and product knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Support daily retail operations and reporting requirements
• Work flexibly across various locations in Dubai as assigned

Requirements:
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and rotate between different locations
• Proven background in retail sales and customer service
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and helpdesk or ticketing platforms
• Arabic language skills are preferred
• Priority will be given to candidates currently on tourist or cancelled visas
