The Role We are looking for a Retail Store Manager & Visual Curator who can bridge the gap between high-level operations and high-end aesthetics. This is not a role for a passive observer. You will be the face of our new Sharjah sanctuary, responsible for both the commercial success of the store and its visual storytelling. We want someone who understands the "Quiet Luxury" movement and knows how to build a loyal following in the Sharjah market.

Key Responsibilities

• Aesthetic Curation: You have total ownership of the store's visual identity. This includes styling intricate bed displays that reflect our Forbes-winning quality, managing floor flow, and ensuring our signature "Visual Silence" is maintained.
• Commercial Leadership: Drive sales by analyzing customer behavior and foot traffic. You will translate world-class visual appeal into high conversion rates and industry-leading transaction values.
• Customer Relationship Management: Engage with our predominantly female clientele with sophistication. You will build a database of VIP clients who trust your eye for luxury home styling.
• Team Mentorship: Lead a small, dedicated team of specialists. You will train them not just on how to sell, but how to represent a premier New York brand.
• Operational Oversight: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and daily reporting. You ensure the back-end is as organized as the front-end is beautiful.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in retail management with a heavy emphasis on visual merchandising, interior design, or luxury lifestyle products.
• Aesthetic Sense: A proven ability to create stunning, high-end displays. (Be prepared to share examples of your work).
• Communication: Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage for the Sharjah market.
• Availability: Ready to start immediately.
• Visa Status: Valid UAE residency and work authorization is highly preferred.
