A leading retail brand under FSFZE is urgently hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Stores Manager to take charge of its flagship footwear and fashion showroom in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time role designed for a result-oriented leader who possesses deep knowledge of the UAE retail market, especially within the pre-owned footwear and fashion sectors.

As the Retail Stores Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the showroom, lead and train a high-performing team, and drive outstanding customer experiences while meeting revenue and performance goals. You will be a key player in enhancing brand image, managing store merchandising, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The role also supports the expansion of retail operations through new store launches and retail collaborations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the footwear and fashion showroom in Ajman

• Lead, supervise, and mentor sales teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer engagement

• Maintain showroom layout, inventory control, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards

• Drive customer satisfaction through professional service and prompt resolution of issues

• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPI performance

• Coordinate stock replenishment, pricing, and display of merchandise

• Support senior management in launching new stores and expanding retail partnerships across UAE

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Retail Management, or related field

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in retail store management, preferably within the footwear and fashion domain in the UAE

• Strong leadership skills with a motivational approach to team development

• Exceptional customer service and sales acumen

• Experience managing store setup, layout, and visual merchandising

• Ability to handle inventory systems, reporting tools, and retail metrics

• Well-organized, with a focus on detail, quality, and retail presentation

• Immediate availability is preferred
