Sales Agent Offplan

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent Offplan, located in Dubai. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and discussing available off-plan properties. Additional tasks include preparing and negotiating sales agreements, providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the real estate market. The Sales Agent is expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience with a focus on real estate or off-plan properties
• Knowledge of Insurance products related to real estate
• Experience in Training new sales agents or peers
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
