Sales Executive

 

Description:

  • Develop and execute sales target with specific projects in the construction and renovation sector.
  • Have a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, including sanitaryware, tiles, fixtures, wooden flooring, vinyl and other related products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Provide product recommendations and specifications to clients based on project requirements and design preferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as salesman, coordinators, logistics, and warehouse to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products and network with potential factory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights into market trends, customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Generate leads, prospect new clients, and expand the customer base. Identify potential opportunities for business growth, develop sales pitches, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
  • Deep understanding of the company's products or services. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals. Close sales opportunities effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with contractors, installers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution, adherence to timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up for the payments with the clients
  • Coordination with the other teams in absence of authority.
