Sales Executive

Airhind Tours & Travels is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. This full-time role is ideal for a sales-oriented professional with travel & tourism experience who can generate bookings, build client relationships, and consistently meet targets. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Promote the company’s travel services and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with walk-in customers and corporate clients.
• Negotiate rates, package deals and close sales to meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Report sales activity and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to work to targets and deliver results.
• Reliable, customer-focused and able to work under pressure.
