ILC Lighting, an Indian-listed company with a strong presence across the GCC, is expanding its UAE sales force. We are seeking a driven Sales Executive – Lighting Industry to promote our lighting solutions across commercial, hospitality, retail, landscape and residential projects
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively cultivate and manage relationships with contractors, consultants and interior fit-out companies.
• Generate and qualify leads, develop a reliable sales pipeline and convert opportunities into orders.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare accurate quotations and follow up on proposals to close deals.
• Coordinate site visits, demonstrations and technical discussions together with internal teams.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For / Requirements:
• 2–3 years of direct experience selling lighting products or related building solutions.
• Demonstrable experience working with contractors, consultants and interior fit-out firms.
• Established client network and industry contacts within the UAE market.
• Strong negotiation ability, excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to visit project sites.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
