Gulf Link Cargo, a well-established freight forwarding company founded in 2007 and based in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining long-term client relationships, and driving the company’s sales goals in the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the freight forwarding and logistics market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct client visits and presentations to understand customer needs and provide tailored shipping solutions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales (import/export).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.
• Established network of clients within the UAE freight forwarding industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
