Job Description: As a Sales Manager at DANUBE Properties, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and implementing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, preferably within the real estate industry in Dubai. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry in Dubai is must.
