Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

* Conduct daily sales meetings and track team performance

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Generate new leads through cold calling and networking

* Prepare and present sales reports to the Managing Director

* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the marketing agency industry

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Arabic (essential)

* Basic understanding of graphic design, video editing, SEO, and web design

* Strong negotiation and closing skills
