Evolution Aesthetics, a premier cosmetic clinic in Dubai, specializes in enhancing natural beauty through advanced treatments and personalized care. We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Sales Manager to help grow our client base and ensure a high return rate from existing customers through effective use of CRM tools and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Retention & Relationship Management: Increase client retention and return visits by building long-term relationships through personalized follow-ups and tailored offers.

• CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage, track, and analyze client data and interactions to enhance customer experience and identify upselling opportunities.

• Sales Growth: Develop strategies to boost treatment bookings and product sales through proactive outreach and effective communication with clients.

• Communication & Customer Engagement: Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.

• Collaborate with the Clinic Team: Work closely with the clinic staff to stay updated on treatment plans, promotions, and new services, aligning sales strategies accordingly.

• Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs, including return rates and revenue from returning customers, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

• Familiarity with the cosmetic and aesthetic treatment industry is preferred.
