Greha Pravesh Real Estate is looking for a Sales Manager with a strong track record in Dubai Real Estate market and managing 10-15 agents. This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive, high-performance environment where your leadership and market expertise will shape the future of your team.

What You'll Do:

• Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels
• Provide expert advice and assistance to clients regarding real estate purchases, sales, and rentals
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Assist clients throughout the entire sales process including viewings, negotiations, and final deals
• Prepare and present offers to clients and close transactions efficiently
• Stay updated with market trends, new properties, and investment opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years+ of experience in Dubai's real estate market (Off plan)
• Ready and able to build his team
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a successful team
• RERA certified (or willing to obtain)
