Description:
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate / B2B to lead our business development efforts across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new corporate partnerships, expanding our portfolio of enterprise clients, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with prospective B2B clients across key sectors (aviation, banking, travel, corporates, etc.)
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure service excellence and renewals
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies aligned with OneVasco’s growth objectives
• Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless client delivery and retention
• Track and report performance metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue targets regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in travel, aviation, or service industries
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong network of corporate and enterprise contacts within the UAE is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
