Sales Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in marketing, business development, and client acquisition. The main goal is to bring in new contracts, meet potential clients, and successfully close deals while achieving sales targets.

💰 Compensation Package:

• No basic salary for the first month or until closing the first deal.
• High commission rate – 15% of each contract value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and engage with potential clients.
• Present services effectively and handle objections.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong command of English (spoken & written).
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or B2B client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
