Sap Data Migration Lead

Description:

We are currently looking to hire a SAP Data Migration Lead - Strong exp in Data strategy and Governance, Effective leadership, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement for the delivery of SAP migration projects and maximizing business value from data assets.

Work Location: Abu Dhabi

• Data Management (DATM) - Level 5
• Data Analysis (DTAN)- Level 5
• Project Management (PRMG)- Level 6
• Business Risk Management (BURM)- Level 5
• Consultancy (CNSL) - Level 5
• Data modelling and design (DTAN)- Level 5

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in leading large-scale SAP data migration projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA or Legacy to S/4HANA).
• Strong understanding of SAP data models, master data, transactional data, and data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit or other tools).
• Experience with Keyloop (Autoline DRIVE) is an added value.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing data governance, data quality, and data management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across business and technical teams.
