Senior Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking to onboard five highly qualified Business Analysts to support the successful delivery of multiple digital work streams within a dynamic project environment.

Location: Onsite, Abu Dhabi – Full-time presence required

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 4–5 months* (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of several concurrent initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across various stakeholders
• Develop clear business cases, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and operations
• Monitor project progress, track issues and dependencies, and ensure timely execution
• Support decision-making with actionable insights based on structured analysis

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams in parallel
• Strong analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in digital transformation or public sector projects is an advantage
