The Energy and Commodities Trading industry is undergoing significant transformation, with organisations increasingly investing in modernising their trading platforms to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Publicis Sapient is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Pod Lead / Solution Architect with strong Endur (OpenLink) expertise to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology delivery within the Energy and Commodities Trading domain.

In this role, you will provide technical and functional leadership across Endur support, enhancements and change delivery. You will work closely with client business and IT stakeholders to ensure platform stability, drive continuous improvement and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business priorities.

This is an opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, influence technology decisions and act as a trusted advisor to clients within a complex trading environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Team
 

• Extensive experience in Endur (OpenLink) application support, solution delivery and technology leadership.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Endur across at least one key energy or commodity trading business domain.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across application support, development, testing and delivery.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end commodity trading lifecycle and associated business processes.
• Experience managing L2/L3 support, incident resolution, problem management and production change activities.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, service management frameworks and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage competing business priorities, delivery backlogs and operational commitments.
• Experience contributing to solution architecture, technical design and platform enhancement decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior client business and technology leaders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience working across distributed teams.
   

Additional Experience We Value
 

• Experience leading pods or squads within scaled Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to energy and commodity trading operations within the GCC region.
• Experience with Endur platform upgrades, modernisation or transformation programmes.
• Understanding of Endur integrations, system architecture and surrounding trading applications.
• Formal people management experience, including mentoring, performance management and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated success in improving application stability, reducing recurring incidents and increasing delivery efficiency.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic stakeholder advisory responsibilities.
