Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description:

HTS Interiors is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to become part of its expanding team. The company specializes in premium interior fit-out and design & build projects across the UAE and is looking for a commercially focused professional who can effectively manage project costs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

This role is well suited for candidates who possess strong post-contract experience within the fit-out industry and are confident in handling financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered within budget while supporting operational and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-contract commercial activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial control throughout project lifecycles.
• Evaluate and manage project variations, claims, and contract administration processes.
• Prepare cost reports and ensure accurate tracking of project expenditures.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain commercial efficiency and compliance.
• Support project delivery by ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of post-contract experience specifically within the fit-out sector.
• Strong understanding of cost management principles, variation handling, and contractual procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for the role.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to the Abu Dhabi office as operational needs require.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project responsibilities.
