Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Reality Global Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of international property markets and a passion for advising high-net-worth clients on cross-border real estate investments. You will be responsible for sourcing, promoting, and closing property deals across multiple regions, providing tailored investment solutions to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties across international markets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of global real estate trends, legal requirements, and market dynamics in key territories (e.g., UAE, UK, Europe, Middle East & Asia).
- Develop and maintain a network of international developers, agents, legal partners, and financial institutions.
- Understand clients' investment goals and provide strategic property recommendations accordingly.
- Represent premium international property portfolios to a global clientele through digital and in-person presentations.
- Assist clients through the entire transaction process: property search, due diligence, legal coordination, and post-sales support.
- Participate in global property exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Provide market analysis, investment performance data, and ROI projections for various property options.
- Maintain CRM records and track client interactions and deal progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international or high-end real estate consulting.
- Proven track record of closing cross-border property deals.
- Strong knowledge of global real estate markets (UAE, Europe, North America, or Asia).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Mandarin) are a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and property listing platforms.
- Willingness to travel internationally (as required).
