Senior Sales & Marketing Lead

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Expert with strong Dubai market exposure and established relationships with enterprise clients and IT vendors. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can open doors, convert relationships into projects, and help scale a fast-growing IT consulting firm.

This is not a junior sales role. We are looking for someone who already knows the market, understands decision-makers, and can immediately contribute to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across IT services, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT cost optimization
• Leverage existing client and vendor relationships to generate qualified leads and deals
• Engage with C-level executives (CIO, CISO, CFO, CTO, VP) across UAE enterprises and government entities
• Identify, pursue, and close consulting, advisory, and managed services projects
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to shape winning proposals and commercial models
• Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and partner ecosystem

Required Experience & Profile

• 7+ years of proven sales and business development experience in Dubai
• Strong network of enterprise clients, system integrators, and IT vendors
