Job Overview:

• The Service Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service
• center, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. This includes
• supervising a team of service staff, managing customer interactions, and ensuring that the service
• center operates in compliance with company standards. The supervisor will also be responsible for
