Site Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with proven expertise in steel structure erection works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site steel erection activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, manage, and monitor steel structure erection activities at site.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions at site.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to optimize efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2–12 years of experience in UAE in steel structure erection projects.
Strong knowledge of erection methods, site supervision, and project coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
