Site Engineer

Al-Remal Company is currently looking to hire a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join its team in Sharjah. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on experience in aluminum and glass works who can efficiently manage site activities and ensure high-quality project execution.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced site environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily site activities related to aluminum and glass installation works
• Ensuring all work is executed in line with approved drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
• Preparing and submitting daily and weekly site progress reports
• Maintaining proper site coordination and resolving on-site technical issues

Candidate requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer within the aluminum and glass industry
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
• Good knowledge of shop drawings, site coordination, and construction practices
